At PeakFootwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include all tags and accessories that came with the product.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
